Biting your nails problem?

my friend has a really bad nail biting problem, she is taring her nails to shred and going for the skin and doesn't stop bleeding!Biting your nails problem?
um.... paint them? that might make her think before biting 'em. They have chemical stuff that you can use, they're supposed to be harmless and they taste bad so you won't bite them..?Biting your nails problem?
dont bit the nails over 24-43 day and she will forget
soke them in lemon juice or something disgusting then let here bite she wont do it because it tasyes disgusting or everytime she bites she has to do 10 pushups or something active
Biting your nails can be a problem but not usually........its actually genetic but if shes bleeding alot then this is a problem,, maybe you want to get her this nail stuff and put it on her nails and if she bites her nails she will get a bad taste for a long time and sooner or later she will stop her habit! hope this helps! =D

I dont know i used to be a big finger nail biter but now i never do it. I have heard from some people there is a clear nailpolish ( it comes in color two) that tastes horible even from a lick so you cant even put your mouth on it. So thats what i know a lot of people use that method. I know if you just tell her and tell her not to bite them she may forget and just forget the habit. I think thats what happened to me.


Also i think what moivated me was my mom took me for a manicure a couple times and i relized how my nails were suffering and how pretty they could look and also how bad it hurt when they filed down on the bit up nails that i just decided that i would stop :)

Get your friend to put gloves or something on.
obviously your friend is stupid but paint her nails the nail polish taste really BAD!
