i can grow my nails but in the end their sides crack.Do i have a defeciency of something?what products should i use?which vitamins r good to make them grow longer n stronger?Nails problem!...!eh?
I would get cracks in my nails because I type all day at my job. The keyboard just ate up my nails. So, I got my nails done with acrylic directly on my nails. I have noticed that the sides where my nails used to break are now growing like they should.
