I'm having problems with my hair I started taking Hair, Skin, Nails with Biotin.?

Has anyone found this to help? Or Am I wasting my money?I'm having problems with my hair I started taking Hair, Skin, Nails with Biotin.?

It has shamp, cond and a serum. I know it works because I have had to use it.....keeps your hair from falling out. But I know with the Biotin it takes awhile to see results.I'm having problems with my hair I started taking Hair, Skin, Nails with Biotin.?
I have also taken this, cuz cheap from dollar store, have not seen difference. just eat right, sleep %26amp; dont stress you will look m-arve-lous!!!
