i need some fast and quick easy at home ways to stop me from bitting my nails,
they are like bleeding cuz i bite them so bad.

The only way to kick a habit is to replace it with another one, i have a ring on my index finger and just twirl it round, i also keep a poker chip in my pocket and pass it through my fingers without touching it but i suggest a pen if your in public to avoid stares!Bittting my nails problem! helllp?
But nail polish on them or some other yucky tasting thing
