I have a problem with my thumb nails?

Both of my thumb nails are very deformed and thick. I keep them short, and they are so thick and hard to clip. They smell like sulfa. any idea what this is and the cause??I have a problem with my thumb nails?
you definitely need to see a doctor. this is something that could make your nail fall off. i am pretty sure there is a simple oral antibiotic that will get rid of it. but if you leave it untreated it could get really bad.I have a problem with my thumb nails?

sounds like a fungus, you can get some over the counter medicine or see a doctor for a prescription and be sure that is what it is. good luck
