whats ur opinion on it????????????Y do parents have such a problem with black nail polish???
Because most parents when through a time where only those hardcore goths wore black nail polish.


Parents are afraid their children will turn into those hardcore goth monsters and therefore dislike things such as black nail polish, chains, studs, and things that those goths used to wear.





So now, we kids have to explain to our parents, WE ARE NOT GOTH if we wear black nail polish. It is a fine. And just another trend. and we will not turn all scary hardcore white face paint goth.Y do parents have such a problem with black nail polish???
My parents freaked out when they figured out i was wearing it. I think it is because they see a lot of goth or emo people with black nails and your parents might think you are going gothic ( like mine) or maybe they think you are getting older and dont want you to. Ya know that is how parents are.

My mom is kinda the same... at first she was like OMG im not buying you black nail polish....and i was just like whatever.... then finally she came around and allowed me to get some...i use to have my nails black all the time, but it got to be such a pain when i finally wanted to change it to like a hot pink color... so now i dont use it as much.... but its great cause it only takes one coat!

idk! but today i painted mine black (daddy said i could) and my mom was soo upset with me! she was like ';models dont wear black nail polish! take it off'; i was soo mad. (but i put it back on) :]
eww. i hate black nail polish. soo weird. i luv bright colors like pink, purple, green, orange, yellow and blue and metallics like silver and gold and french's are always hawt!

i used to love my black nails before it became a trend. some parents may see it as too rebellious and dont like their child making that kind of an impression.

my mom doesnt have a problem. well i gues some cause the color is too dark.
They might say it's Goth... and Goth kids are stereotyped as suicidal.. but black is a happy color lol, so wear it girl!!

mine dont. I think its fine..but i pretty much only wear really bright nail polish.
Because they think it is just an excuse not to clean your nails
they probably think we'll cross over to the dark side.
